Shipping Policy

At Kortlan Screen Printing & Embroidery, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on the type of product ordered.

  • Custom and personalized orders typically require production time before shipping.

  • Blank or ready-to-ship items may ship more quickly if they are in stock.

Estimated turnaround and shipping timelines may vary based on:

  • Order size

  • Product availability

  • Artwork approval time

  • Production schedule

  • Seasonal demand

  • Holidays and weather conditions

Please note that estimated production and shipping times are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.

Custom Orders

Most items sold by Kortlan Screen Printing & Embroidery are custom-made. Production for custom orders begins only after all order details have been approved and any required payment or deposit has been received.

Delays in approving artwork, confirming details, or completing payment may delay shipping.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using available carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other delivery services, depending on the order type, destination, and shipping method selected.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided with your invoice or custom quote.

Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to the address provided by the customer if that address was entered incorrectly.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit and delivery passes to the carrier.

Kortlan Screen Printing & Embroidery is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, but we will do our best to help customers file claims or track shipments when possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will review the issue and work with you to determine the next steps.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, customers will be notified when the order is ready. Orders must be picked up during normal business hours unless other arrangements are made.

Please bring any required order information when picking up your items.
