At Kortlan Screen Printing & Embroidery, we take pride in providing high-quality custom apparel, promotional products, signs, and printed items. Because many of our products are made specifically for each customer, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Due to the custom nature of our products, all custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom t-shirts and apparel

Screen printing orders

Embroidery orders
-
DTF transfers and custom prints
-
Banners, signs, decals, and promotional products

Team, school, business, or event orders
-
Any item made with customer-provided artwork, names, numbers, or special requests
Order Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, mockups, sizes, quantities, spelling, colors, and design details before approving an order. Once approval is given and production begins, changes may not be possible.

Returns for Non-Custom Items
Non-custom, blank, or stock items may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase, provided they are:

Unused
-
Unwashed
-
In original condition
-
In original packaging if applicable
Approved returns may be issued as store credit or refund, at our discretion.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

If the issue is determined to be our mistake, we will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.
No Refunds on the Following
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Custom or personalized products

Orders canceled after production has started

Minor color variations caused by screen settings or printing processes

Slight size, placement, or color differences that are considered normal in custom printing

Customer-supplied artwork that prints as approved

Orders not picked up after completion unless otherwise agreed
Deposits and Cancellations
For larger custom orders, deposits may be required before production begins. Deposits are non-refundable once design work, ordering, or production has started.
Orders canceled before production begins may be eligible for partial refund, minus any design time, setup fees, or materials already purchased.
